Understanding how customer businesses (e.g. Sai Techno Solutions) connect to Myagenci CRM:

Scenario A: Customer Owns Assets

Direct Customer OAuth Connection

The customer's business administrator signs into Meta directly via the CRM "Connect Facebook" button and selects their owned Facebook Pages and Lead Forms.

Scenario B: Partner Business Access

Agency Managed Partner Assets

The customer (e.g. Sai Techno Solutions) grants partner permissions to Myagenci Business Manager in Meta Business Settings (business.facebook.com). The CRM validates which assets the authorized identity can actually access and syncs only those permitted.
